Robert's family no longer receives spam in their inboxes

Case Study - Content Based Spam Filtering Problem
Background: Jane is a stay-at-home mom who uses email to communicate with friends, her children's school, and to organize scouting activities.
Problem: A majority of Jane's email messages are unsolicited spam, so she implemented a spam filtering solution that attempts to read various components of email messages sent to her to determine the validity of the message. Over the past several months, this software has inadvertently placed some of her legitimate email into the spam category. Because of the volume of spam she receives, she accidentally deleted several of the more important messages, causing her to miss several important deadlines and meetings.
Solution: Stop using spam-filtering software and begin using Zaep. By using Zaep, Jane now receives all legitimate email and she no longer accidentally deletes messages. To ensure everyone in her contact list is able to send her messages, she simply sent everyone a message explaining her new spam filtering. In this way, Zaep automatically adds every email address in her contact list to her white list.
Benefits: If Jane receives any unsolicited email message that is important, the sender receives an email message asking the sender to confirm by visiting a web site. Jane now gets every message that she needs to get and not those spam messages clogging up her inbox. Jane no longer needs to sift through thousands of spam messages to make sure she receives the important ones.
Summary: After starting to use Zaep, email works as it should for Jane. She receives all messages she should, and doesn't receive the junk.
